Integrations & platform surface owner
A multi-tenant Next.js content platform where I own the machine-facing surface: a 36-tool API generated from a single Zod manifest with capability-scoped auth, reachable over MCP, REST, and an internal CLI. Plus the unglamorous wins — row-level-security hardening flagged by a production advisor, a fail-safe publish path, and a migration-ordering CI gate.
Built the web application
A freelance marketplace with vetted, instant matches. I built the web app front to back — chat, invoicing, escrow, and Stripe payment flows — reaching ~1K monthly users and $40K revenue.
AI education platform
Immersive K–12 education powered by AI: interactive lessons, characters, and personalized journeys — including conversational voice agents, not text-only chat.
Voice-first language tutor
AI-powered business-English learning built around conversational voice practice, with the voice layer built on ElevenLabs.

How I work
Every proposal I send names the gaps as clearly as the strengths. You'll never find out mid-project that I was bluffing — the honesty is the whole point, and it's cheaper than the alternative.
The value of a fractional CTO is the decisions you avoid making wrong. I bill for the architecture that saves you a rebuild, not for filling a seat.
I work on what I'd choose for my own product — Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Postgres — so there's nothing to unwind later. This site is built in it.
I do my best work as the person who owns a surface end to end on a small team, close to the founders and the actual users.
Background
I've spent my career as a founding or consulting CTO across five startups — AI education, business-English learning, freelance marketplaces, and a multi-tenant content platform. Since early 2026 I've been hands-on with production AI agent orchestration every day, and I build with these tools constantly — the automated system that surfaced and wrote this outreach is my own. I'm based in San Francisco and work remotely with teams anywhere.
